Being a strong technologist that knows the complexity of the wine and spirits industry I can assess how critical process are currently being executed. From pricing, billbacks, bill and hold, brand registration, price filing, multi state distribution, drop shipping sourcing product both domestic and importing along with all the different Incoterms and having the systems and processes in place in your systems and the multi departmental communication that is needed to ensure these processes are on rails. Along with all of this having the data collected actionable by getting information in the hands of the decision makers and data consumers.
